Who you'll be working for:

What you'll be doing:

• Management and development of stock team
• Perpetual inventory scheduling, counting and reporting to ensure true and accurate records
• Analysing warehouse and pick layout to optimise efficiency and warehouse productivity
• Identify and champion initiatives and processes to improve stock accuracy
• 3PL stock management, including day to day communication and supplier performance
• Analysing and collaborating data from systems to be able to achieve KPI's
• WMS maintenance including min/ max replenishment levels

What we need from you:

• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proven experience as Stock/ Inventory Manager, ideally within FMCG/Retail warehouses
• A high standard of communication skills with the ability to talk to different stakeholders both inside and outside the business
• A strong knowledge of WMS & ERP systems
• Advanced IT skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Great people management skills with a history of managing teams
