Telesales Executive
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £28,000 Bonus Benefits (OTE circa £50k)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Job Type: Permanent, office based

Cast UK are supporting a well established business within the commercial hospitality equipment sector with the recruitment of a motivated Telesales Executive to join their internal sales team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, commercially minded individual who enjoys speaking with customers, generating leads, booking appointments, and playing a key role in supporting field based sales activity.

Key Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Promoting products and services to generate interest and opportunities
Booking qualified sales appointments for the field based sales team
Maintaining and updating CRM and customer databases
Using industry data tools to identify and manage sales opportunities
Following up on leads, previous customers, and live enquiries
Building strong relationships with customers
Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Providing accurate product and service information
Supporting the wider sales team with lead generation and sales strategy

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, sales support, or a similar customer facing role
Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
Target driven, resilient, and self motivated
Strong organisational and time management skills
Comfortable working in a busy, office based sales environment
Good basic IT skills and experience using CRM systems
Able to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally
Hospitality or catering equipment sector experience would be advantageous, but is not essential
