Role Profile
Our client, who is a market leading business, are looking to recruit a Warehouse Manager to join their operation in Gloucester. Reporting into the Sales Director, you will have full responsibility of the warehouse operation, new implementations, staff development and ensuring best in class customer service levels are achieved. This is a truly exciting role, with the opportunity to join a business currently experiencing extensive growth which will present the successful candidate with the opportunity to have a real impact on present and future projects.
Experience & Personal Attributes
- Experience with managing teams within fast paced operations.
- You must have a proven-track record of developing people within your team, including organic growth.
- Managing KPI's and ensuring standards are being adhered to.
- Implementing SOP's, policies, and procedures etc.
- Experience working within a challenging environment.
- Experience implementing new systems would be beneficial.
- Experience in both B2B & B2C operations.
- The ability to suggest and implement new ideas within the business.
Skills & Experience
- Forklift license or experience
- Health and Safety knowledge (IOSH or NEBOSH desirable)
- Proven change management experience
- You will be a target driven individual with the ability to be agile
- Proven experience in implementing new processes and structures
- You will be a high engaging professional able to communicate with all stake holders
