Role Profile

Cast UK are supporting our client, who is a leading logistics business, in their recruitment process of a Warehouse Team Manager , based in Rugby. Reporting to the Warehouse Department Manager you will oversee a team of operatives within a busy Distribution Centre.

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for the day to day management of the Digital department which includes, but is not limited to, management of employee levels and performance, standards, reporting, cost control, stock loss and achieving KPIs.
• Ensure Customer Promise deadlines are met and Digital dispatches are in line with the Digital Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Deputise for the Digital Department Manager when the role holder is absent from the business to ensure business continuity.
• Work in partnership with other departments and Distribution centres within the network to ensure our service delivery meets customer expectations

Skills & Experience

• My client is looking for an experienced individual who has a proven track-record of working within FMCG logistics or 3PL environments.
• Experience of site start ups would be beneficial.
• Commofrtable leading a team of operatives in a busy enviroment, providing leadership and developing the team.
