Continuous Improvement Manager
£40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits
Cast UK have been appointed on behalf of a market leading distribution business to source a Continuous Improvement Manager for their operation in Newark. This is a new role within the business and requires candidates applying to have a proven background in operations management with a strong continuous improvement/project focus. Reporting to the Logistics Contract Manager, the role has responsibility for ensuring that distribution functions are as efficient, and lean as can be, whilst ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Within this role you will need to manage key stakeholder relationships, both internal and external and you will work with the senior leadership team across multiple sites to ensure that network synergies are identified, and cost saving initiatives are maximised.
Skills & Experience
To be considered for this role, you will need to able to demonstrate a proven record of reducing costs, whilst improving service through the management and use of continuous improvement tools and techniques, in addition to showcasing high level project experience across various business departments - in particular operational functions. You will be highly analytical, with the ability to engage with colleagues and customers at all levels.
