Cast UK are working with a growing consumer products supplier to recruit an International Sales Manager who will support the European Sales Director in driving expansion across key European markets.

This business supplies high-volume, design-led consumer products to major retailers and distributors globally. With increasing demand across Europe, they're now looking for someone commercially sharp and highly organised who can support day-to-day international sales activity while helping unlock new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the European Sales Director with customer management and business development activity.
• Assist in identifying and approaching new retail and distribution partners across Europe.
• Handle commercial admin including pricing, proposals, customer data and sales reporting.
• Coordinate meetings, product presentations and follow-up actions with key accounts.
• Work with Product, Marketing and Supply Chain to deliver accurate information to customers.
• Maintain forecasts, monitor sales performance and track market trends.
• Represent the business at trade shows and customer visits when required.

Experience Required

• Background in consumer products, gifting, homeware, toys, stationery or similar categories.
• Experience supporting B2B sales into retailers or distributors (UK or Europe).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks.
• Confident communicator with commercial awareness and good Excel ability.
• Additional European language skills.
