A fast-growing, international business is expanding its UK operations and is looking to appoint a Customer Service Executive to support the next phase of growth.
This is a newly created role and the first hire into what will become a dedicated Customer Service function. You'll work closely with the UK leadership team and play a key role in building the service operation from the ground up as the business opens a new service centre in Wakefield.

The Role
Reporting directly into the UK leadership team, you'll take responsibility for end-to-end customer service and order management, acting as the central link between customers, internal teams and field representatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer orders from placement through to confirmation and fulfilment
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers and internal sales representatives
- Coordinating returns, repairs and troubleshooting via the in-house service centre
- Managing parts flow, inventory levels and working distances for servicing
- Processing payments and supporting basic payment management queries
- Maintaining accurate records through HubSpot CRM
- Transferring customer and order data into the internal business system
- Sending order confirmations and updates to customers and field reps
- Supporting the setup and growth of a new UK service function
This role will evolve as the business grows, offering genuine scope to shape processes and progress with the company.
About You
You'll be organised, calm under pressure and comfortable juggling multiple moving parts.
You'll likely bring:
- Experience in a customer service, order management or operations support role
- Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with customers and internal teams
- A structured, detail-focused approach to data and systems
- Experience using a CRM (HubSpot ideal, not essential)
- A practical, solutions-led mindset - you like fixing problems, not passing them on
- Confidence working in a growing, change-driven environment
The Package
- £28,000 - £32,000 salary
- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
