Business Development Manager - Catering Equipment
Field-based (Covering London & South East)
Are you a commercially driven professional with a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating strategic partnerships? We're looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow our presence across the company's key accounts & markets.
About the Role
In this field-based role, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with Key Accounts. Your goal will be to expand market share, drive revenue, and build long-term partnerships that support our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new business opportunities across Leisure, Hospitality, Education
- Manage and grow a pipeline of prospective accounts and partners
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations for Key Account clients
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in Leisure, Hospitality, Education
- Strong knowledge of Key Accounts such as TUCO, NHS, etc
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
- Willingness to travel extensively across Central England
