Role Profile
Cast UK are supporting our client, who is a growing Retailer with stores across the UK, with the recruitment process of a Contract Manager to be based in Greater Manchester. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for working alongside the Partner to ensure adherence of SLAs and KPI targets.
Skills & Experience
- Experience of working alongside a 3PL is needed
- Ability to consistently drive SLAs and KPIs
- Experience within Inventory Management and Order Allocation
- Hands on mentality is needed
- Ability to resolve Warehouse and Operational issues is essential
- Experience of working with a variety of WMS systems ideal
- Lean Six Sigma qualification
