Role Profile
Our client, a leading FMCG business who are a leader in the Yorkshire area. They are a brilliant business who have a fantastic reputation in the market and they are looking for an experienced Demand Planner.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a successful business and contribute during an exciting period of change and process improvement.
Key areas of responsibility will include:

• Managing all activities for the supply of Raw Materials, Inventory and Stock
• Working across departments ensuring the collaboration is reflected in the accurate forecasts and feedback
• Actively contributing to Planning and Supply Chain meetings and develop processes
• Providing reports and analysis on performance against forecast and KPIs relating to supply chain and inventory
• Implement initiatives to improve processes and systems
• Working collaboratively with Customers and Retailers

Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have:

• Experience of Supply Chain / Demand planning within a fast-paced manufacturing environment (FMCG, Food Manufacturing or Retail)
• Good working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
• Strong excel skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Passion for continuous improvements
