My client is a hyper-growth start-up business who is looking to disrupt & evolve the landscape of urban transport. Specialising with E-Mobility, this organisation has a global presence & partners with some on the leading firms on the planet. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth business & have a positive impact on the planet by converting billions of petrol miles into electric miles.
Responsibilities
- Design & Implement the UK Fleet Management Strategy which will support 20 fold growth of the fleet
- Establish a highly efficient recruitment processes that can keep up with businesses rapid growth including a best-in-class training & onboarding programme
- Effectively manage workforce ensuring you achieve peak performance from each of your colleagues
- Build strong collaborative relationships with all relevant teams
- Collect data & accurately analyse to provide precise Demand Forecasts to the Supply Chain & Logistics teams to ensure product & part availability
- Optimise Intra & Inter city strategy ensuring products is where it needs to be in the most efficient manor
- Report on KPI performance metrics
- Work closely with Senior Leadership to identify new sites in-line with expansion
- Develop a cultures centred around Health & Safety
- Day to day management of direct reports
- Ensure compliance & company policy is being adhered to
Requirements
- Proven xp as a Fleet manager &/or maintenance manager
- Knowledge of Inventory management processes
- Comprehensive understanding of processes optimisation & SOPs relating to fleet
- Experience setting up new Workshops &/or Warehouses
- Outstanding Customer Service & People skills
- The ability to work in a start-up environment
- Excited about hyper-growth with the attitude and application to deliver at all costs
