An exciting HR Administrator role providing on-site HR Support with excellent opportunities for growth and progression. The role involves providing HR administration, support and guidance in a dynamic working environment, reporting directly to the HR Officer.
You will be joining a successful HR team and will benefit from excellent training and multi-skilling within the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing ER support to the HR Manager and wider Management Team, with particular focus on disciplinary and grievance matters,
- General HR duties including issuing offer letters, contracts, collating new starter info, liaising with Payroll department and maintenance of confidential HR records,
- Use of HR systems to assist with monitoring and recording absence, including long-term sickness and attending Occupational Health and welfare meetings as required,
Skills & Experience:
- Exceptional organisation, time management and administration skills,
- Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality,
- Must have or be working towards a CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent,
- Knowledge and experience of MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint,
- Previous work within Logistics would be a bonus but not essential as training and support will be provided,
