Role Profile
Our client is a highly successful business experiencing significant growth, and they are now looking to appoint an HR Assistant to join their fantastic team.
This is a varied HR generalist position with good scope to develop the role as the business continues to grow.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the business with all HR Administration
- Acting as point of contact for HR related queries from other departments
- Administering the recruitment process for new hires
- Managing all induction paperwork for new starters
- Maintaining employee records and supporting with procedures related to absences, disciplinary and grievances
- Working with Finance to provide the necessary information for payroll
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar HR role
- Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
- Level 3 CIPD preferred
