Role Profile

Our client is a highly successful business experiencing significant growth, and they are now looking to appoint an HR Assistant to join their fantastic team.

This is a varied HR generalist position with good scope to develop the role as the business continues to grow.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the business with all HR Administration
  • Acting as point of contact for HR related queries from other departments
  • Administering the recruitment process for new hires
  • Managing all induction paperwork for new starters
  • Maintaining employee records and supporting with procedures related to absences, disciplinary and grievances
  • Working with Finance to provide the necessary information for payroll

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar HR role
  • Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Level 3 CIPD preferred
