Role Title:
HR Business Partner
Role Profile:
The successful candidate will support the successful running of a busy distribution centre, partnering the site GM and providing HR Generalist support to employees on-site.
Responsibilities include:
- Coach, guide and support line-managers with ER cases,
- Manage the end to end employee cycle, including high volume recruitment
- Lead key HR interventions to drive improvements to employee engagement and retention,
- Coach and influence DC management team,
- Manage an effective talent pipeline, ensuring good succession planning,
Skills & Experience
- Management experience required,
- CIPD qualification, ideally level 5 or 7,
- Experience within a logistics environment,
- L&D experience a benefit,
Remuneration
£45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience, plus benefits,
