Stock and Inventory Manager

£30,000 - £35,000 plus benefits
Role Overview
Our client is a hugely ambitious startup undergoing rapid expansion across the UK and they're looking for a Stock and Inventory Manager to join them on their exciting journey. You'll have responsibility for all stock activities on-site for this low waste, data driven final mile delivery company and work hand in hand with a General Manager to grow the stock team and aggressively grow the operation.
Working hours; either 16:00 - 00:00 or 18:00 - 02:00, 6 nights a week (Sunday to Friday) moving to 5 nights a week within 3 to 4 months of operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stock in and dispatch of stock, monitoring QC for inbound goods,
- Conduct full stock audits, ensuring stock rotation and investigation and reporting all discrepancies,
- Implement and maintain daily temperature and food checks in line with local authority standards,
- Escalate all stock shortages or issues to Ops Manager and Inbound and Stock Management Team,
- Capture all data requirements as required,
- Complete closing stock counts,
- Maintain an orderly and tidy environment and operation, increasing efficiency,
- Maintain high standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security,
- Conduct H&S checks, fire marshal duties, risk and COSHH assessments,
- Maintain OTIF and Perfect Order Score through proactive picking of product and supporting driver delivery,
Skills & Experience
- Stock/Inventory experience,
- IOSHH qualification a bonus,
- H&S qualification a bonus,
- Experience within a fast-paced environment,

Remuneration
£30,000 - £35,000 plus benefits
