Role Profile
Cast UK are currently supporting a growing 3PL with the recruitment of a Transport First Line Manager at their site based in West Yorkshire. Overseeing a team of drivers and working closely alongside the planning team, you will report into the Transport Operations Manager and be accountable for the day to day delivery of the KPIs. Positions available across the Day Shift and Night Shift.
Skills & Experience
You will be an experienced Transport First Line Manager, who is confident of managing a small team of operators within the operation. You must have vast experience with the management of Health & Safety procedures and have excellent man-management skills. You must have experience of managing KPIs and strict legal compliance.
