The candidate’s previous experience sits across different sectors such as retail, automotive, drinks, leisure and rail but is open to all new opportunities.

•    Led a Continuous Improvement programme that reduced the overall headcount from 550 to 430 whilst maintaining service levels
•    Rationalised the historical 130+ shift patterns into a standard 3 shifts per 24 hour pattern whilst maintaining staff engagement and productivity levels
•    Won new business with Water business and mobilised the warehouse and transport operation in 34 working days.  Included detailed logistics design, TUPE, recruitment, IT, process design and stock transfer
•    Reduced annual costs of the operations by £2.5m, by leading intensive improvement programmes that applied Lean, Six Sigma and various other Continuous Improvement methodologies
