About the candidate
An exceptional Operations Director that has vast experience within the Warehouse/retail, Logistics and FMCG environment. In previous roles they have lead teams from 50 – 450 members of staff. They are an astute problem solver and multi-tasker and have a practical approach to flourish within the fast-paced field of Warehouse/Logistics/retail.

- Planning and adhering to all audits, Brcgs, fss, Eho (awarded AA+ in August))
- Daily use of vue, microlise, paragon, reflex multitude of reports to better profitability and improve efficiency
- Fully self-sufficient on H/R, contracts, agency, union etc
- Responsible for all health and safety, training and implementation of blast freezer, xray and microwave heating production. Storage of bonded stock, container work
- Ensure Performance Reviews are carried out regularly to develop individuals, so they improve their capability & motivation and therefore also ensure there is sufficient succession of individuals to supervisory and future management positions
- Running all operations of 650,000 square foot warehouse, 425 employees, covering two warehouses, one food ambient and chilled and the other brown box
- Knowledge of WMS, Voitec, Torex, daily communication and meetings with directors
