An accomplished and well motivated Operations Manager with over 20 years experience in Operations and Logistics. A flexible and hands on communicator with the ability to lead from the front and utilise key performance indicators to provide results in a fast paced environment. A proven track record in developing a flexible workforce with the ability to meet business needs
