Role Profile
Our client is a forward thinking transport operator with a focus on developing technology in freight solution to deliver an efficient experience for businesses and drivers. They are looking to recruit a high calibre candidate who will be responsible developing existing key accounts and bringing in new business.
Responsibilities
- Manage & develop key business relationships, growing accounts and furthering commercial activities wherever possible
- Identify growth opportunities using data and analytical frameworks
- Identify performance issues working proactively to drive results
- Create & monitor key account metrics to be used for preparing and presenting periodic reports on key accounts
- Work alongside key internal stakeholders to identify & deliver growth opportunities
- Lead and take ownership for key account issues where necessary taking necessary action to resolve the issue.
Requirements
- Experienced in Land/Road/Freight transportation industry
- Strong Analytical, Innovative, Sales skills
- A track record of delivering results in account management
- Experienced being responsible for creating strategic plans to grow and develop high value accounts, ideally to multi-stakeholder &/or multi-national organisations.
- Experienced in managing internal stakeholders
- Proficient levels of English
- Ideally used Salesforce (not essential)
