We're recruiting an Account Manager to join a business driving innovation in the Logistics space. You will inherit a range of customers, identifying opportunities to nurture and develop.
What will I be doing?
A brief overview of the day to day:
- Ensure key clients requests and requirements are met, strategically supporting them through insights, business reviews, data etc.
- Efficiently communicate between internal operations and clients [and vice-versa] as required.
- Offer advice, guidance, support, solutions to their problems while following companywide best practices and SOP [Standing Operating Procedures].
- Providing clients full focus, building strong relationships and becoming knowledgeable about their needs.
