Based in Dartford, Cast UK's client is looking to strengthen its team with the recruitment of an Assistant Customer Service Manager to join their business. This is an exciting opportunity for a career minded individual who enjoys the challenge of working in a fast pace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the company by ensuring that the business delivers outstanding performance against all customer service expectations
• Monitoring performance, reporting and presenting internally against company & Customers KPI's
• Being a point of contact for all customers, ensuring their expectations are effictively managed
• Develop and lead a team of Customer Services
• Build a strong working relationship with other departments within the business
• Writing and conducting yearly team appraisals
• Ensure work environment is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations

• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer interface skills
• Well-developed problem-solving skills
• Experience in continuous improvement processes
