Role Profile
Cast UK are partnering with a well established business within the Food Sector, to assist them with the recruitment process of a Customer Service Co-ordinator. They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their busy and fast paced team on a permanent basis, this is a fantastic role which offers an excellent working environment and progression opportunities for the right people.
Key Skills and Responsibilities
- Receiving inbound calls from customers
- Dealing with clients
- Logging of jobs as per client request.
- Booking in the relevant appointments to ensure clients needs are met
- Preparing/sending Risk Assessments
- Arranging permits for access to sites.
- Sending attendance notifications if required.
- Monitor and update jobs through to completion.
- Keeping bespoke in-house system records updated.
- Updating client's portals with job updates if required.
- Building good relationships with clients and keeping them informed of progress.
- Managing client expectations where necessary.
- Liaising closely with internal teams to achieve client satisfaction.
Skills and Experience
- This role will require you to be able to think on your feet
- Strong Office 365 experience
- Ability to prioritise well is a must
- Strong communications skills across Phone & Email are essential
