This Customer Service Executive job vacancy is going to play a huge part in supporting this brilliant start-up business to continue their exciting journey en France. Passion, enthusiasm, a passion for quality customer service is essential, and you must be a native French speaker.
Key responsibilities/behaviours:
- Ability to self-motivate and a good work ethic as you will be working remotely,
- Work across multiple channels such as social media, telephone, email etc. dealing with customer enquiries,
- Resolve customer queries quickly and efficiently maintaining a friendly, professional and helpful attitude throughout,
- Update the customer information database as required,
- Work collaboratively with different teams to stay aware of products, offers and trends,
Remuneration
£24,000 - £26,000 plus benefits
