Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with legislative safety standards and processes for personnel and vehicles. This includes maintenance and record management.
- Supervising daily activities of drivers and managing personnel schedules
- Providing support for disciplinary investigations and note taking
- Responsibility for planning and coordinating vocational training for drivers.
- Providing suggestions for productivity improvements and coaching drivers
- Maintaining contact with and acting as a key contact point for drivers.
- Managing and following up on driver and vehicle reports, customer complaints and run outs.
