Role Profile

Cast UK is partnering exclusively with our eCommerce D2C client to recruit a French Speaking eCommerce Trading Manager.

This highly successful business has continued to see rapid growth this year, and due to continued expansion in Europe, particularly the French and German market, they are looking to add an additional eCommerce Trading Manager to their established team.

The key purpose of this role will be to focus on trading strategy to maximise sales and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities for this role will include:

• Managing website content and customer journey to ensure maximum commercial performance of the site
• Coordinating all teams and resources to ensure all ranges are launched on time
• Working with Merchandising teams to optimise the trade plan, ensure product availability and hit all revenue targets
• Working with local Marketing teams in Europe to ensure site content, marketing campaigns and promotions are aligned with local calendar
• Ensuring content is translated appropriately into local language (French and/or German)
• Using we analytics tools on a regular basis to monitor KPIs and improve performance

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• At least 2-3 years' experience within an eCommerce role
• Fluent French and/or German, with the ability to approve website and marketing content written in French and/or German
• Proven track record in delivering sales and revenue growth in European markets, particularly in France and Germany
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• High attention to detail

This role will be mostly home based with travel to the South West office on average 2 days per week.
