Role Profile

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join an organisation that has an impact on millions of Lives in the UK, as an Employee Relations Advisor. The successful candidate will be a strong change advocate and champion for People change and improvement.

Responsibilities

  • To advise on ER agenda, driving and developing good practice and outcomes on case management
  • Delivering best practice case management support and advice to leaders, managers
  • Delivering the ER transformation by reviewing and refreshing, through a continuous improvement lens, and in alignment with the People & Culture Strategy outcomes, ER frameworks, processes, practices, and SLA's
  • Working with the Employee Relations Principal, and other advisors, you will ensure that all ER frameworks, policies, practices, and guidance comply with UK employment legislation
  • To provide top-quality and benchmark ER advice, and deliver through innovative channels
  • To effectively track, monitor, and evaluate case outcomes
  • To use data and MI, delivered from the Case Management tracking system to measure, track, and evaluate the effectiveness of the People Plan and interventions
  • To work in partnership and collegiately across the whole People Directorate to drive credibility with the business and deliver an excellent customer experience

Requirements

  • CIPD level 5 or equivalent
  • A proven and demonstrable track record of working in an employee relations advisory capacity
  • Proven experience of delivering accurate and best practice employee relations advice to leaders, managers, and employees
  • A passion and commitment to one's own development
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
