HR Co-Ordinator - PART TIME

Role Profile

Day to day management of the employee relations inbox, providing advice, guidance, and support to Managers on a range of HR issues, in line with HR Policies and Procedures and the HR People Plan.

Triage complex employee relations matters as appropriate.

Support and note take during meetings on issues arising under the Sickness, Disciplinary, Grievance and Harassment and Bullying procedures.

Collaborate in producing appropriate meeting plans and outcome letters, arising under the Sickness Absence, Disciplinary, Grievance and Harassment and Bullying procedures.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience of working in an HR environment at a senior HR administrative level or similar
  • Hands on experience of dealing with and supporting, note taking including but not exclusive to, sickness, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Evidence of having dealt with a busy workload in an organised manner, juggling multiple priorities whilst ensuring attention to detail where there are competing demands on workload and deliverables
  • In-depth knowledge of HR Principles and Policies related to all employee relation matters
  • Excellent interpersonal skills * Strong analytical skills * Excellent organisational and admin skills - attention to detail important
