Role Profile
Cast UK are supporting our client, who is a leading logistics business, in their recruitment process of a HR officer, based in Milton Keynes. Reporting to the HR Manager you will oversee a HR Administrator.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure all recruitment and selection is delivered in a timely manner within company guidelines and current legislation.
- Track sickness and absence data to ensure it is managed within the agreed budget - raising any anomalies to the HRM/GM.
- Support, mentor and coach the HR Assistants in order to reach their full potential.
- Deputise for the HR Manager when absent from the business to ensure continuity of service.
- Manage the recruitment process, arranging interviews within 48 hours and sending regrets to all applicants within 5 days.
