Cast UK are supporting our client, who is a leading logistics business, in their recruitment process of a Logistics Manager, working closely with all departments within the business understanding their requirements to deliver agreed contracts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global business.
Key Responsibilities
- Working with shipping lines, freight forwarders agreeing prices
- Managing a team of logistic coordinators
- A strong logistics knowledge and understanding of forwarding
- Deliver goods to SLA's
Skills & Experience:
- Experience of sea and air freight
- Commodity Trading background
- Knowledge of flat rack, heavy lifts, and bulk cargo
- Experience dealing with freight out of India would be beneficial
- SAP experience
