Role Profile

Cast UK are currently recruiting a Merchandiser Manager for an established business in the Children's toy sector. The role sits within an established merchandising team and has great opportunities to develop analytical skills. The business is going through a phase of growth. The role is Monday to Friday typical office hours 8.30am - 5.30pm. The business operate a flexible hybrid working model across office based and working from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Helping manage and develop the Merchandising team
• Order placing and chasing
• Assist in new product development
• Continual analysis of existing SKUs
• Presenting findings to senior management
• To help develop department strategies using historic analysis
• Manage stock availability in line with project and promotional launch dates

Skills & Experience

• A proven history of working in a Junior Merchandiser/ Merchandiser level role
• Previous Retail experience is preferred

• Intermediate Excel user

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Desire to learn and develop skills

Remuneration

£35,000 - £40,000
