My client is a high-growth Food Distribution looking to add to their exceptional workforce. You have the opportunity to work within an ambitious online business who is pioneering a new way within the Food Chain. You will have a passion for delivering a best in class service to your customers as well as for developing the people around you.

Responsibilities

• Day to day management of the Pick & Pack operation
• Day to day management of delivery operation
• Lead & inspire the workforce ensuring your colleagues are happy & motivated.
• As part of a team, ensure the hub runs smoothly 7 days per week
• Manage KPIs ensuring the hub is ran in a lean & efficient way
• Be customer obsessed achieving industry leading delivery numbers
• Continually look for ways to develop people, process &/or tech
• Ensure Health & Safety and Food Safety for all your colleagues

Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills
• Track record of successfully running a Warehouse, ideally within the Food sector
• Previous management experience with the ability to motivate & develop others
• You'll be excited by growth & working in a fast-paced environment
