Role Overview
Our client is a hugely ambitious final-mile delivery startup undergoing rapid expansion across the UK and they're looking for an Operations Support Manager to join them on their exciting journey. If you're passionate about hands-on leadership, coaching, mentoring, and taking responsibility for delivering a quality service, this is going to be a hugely rewarding role where you'll support hubs across your region to develop and improve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Influence and motivate across sites and partnerships to support delivery and develop quality service,
• Ensure high levels of compliance, H&S, policy and delivery, goods in, stock and return management,
• Focus on key metrics, ensuring exceptional OTIF and customer satisfaction,
• Take a robust approach to problem solving, provide clear and confident guidance,
• Develop relationships across departments and partners, build a supportive and collaborative working environment,
• Relentless focus on operational excellence,

Skills & Experience

• Strong leadership skills essential,

Remuneration
