What does the role involve?

  • Providing complex data analysis for the Procurement team, including spend mapping, tender analysis and forecasting
  • Producing performance reports to track internal and external KPIs
  • Providing detailed management information to support supplier performance reviews
  • Developing project trackers to support with project management across the team
  • Playing a pivotal role in exciting new projects centred around process improvements and digital transformation

Ideal Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in an Analyst role, ideally in a Procurement setting
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Advanced Excel
  • Honed analytical skills, with confidence to work with large / complex data sets
  • Experience using a range of systems and P2P processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Proven time management skills
