Role Profile
Our client is a market leading water business located in Hertfordshire. Looking for a Procurement Manager who will be able to work proactively with the different departments and manage a spend for a range of materials and products. You will need to be a strong communicator and be able to bring your experienced skill set to the role.
Responsibilities
- Working with other departments across the business to ensure that business ideals and efficiencies are delivered though the procurement and management of the supply chain
- Ensuring value for money from its supplies while adhering to the business rules and regulations.
- Building and developing the team, encouraging targets to be hit and monitoring performance.
- Passionate and Driven for progression
- Strong negotiator
- Proven track record delivering results
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Taking lead on providing expertise knowledge and advice across the business on the best procurement practice, providing insight to the analysis of spend, savings and supply markets.

- Strategic Sourcing
- Background in key stakeholder management
- Complex end to end sourcing experience
- E- Procurment
- From a construction background
