Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop best in class standard processes for the use of a range of Procurement systems, including SAP and Ariba
• Support the roll-out and optimisation of procurement systems and processes
• Support and manage digital transformation projects from evaluation through to implementation
• Provide engaging training to the global Procurement team for internal systems and processes
• Monitor and measure performance vs compliance targets
• Analyse critical procurement data to provide actionable insights and high-quality reporting

What you will ideally bring:

• Strong IT skills and competent user of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Excellent analytical skills with Intermediate Excel as a minimum
• Great communication skills with the confidence to deliver presentations
• Hands-on Procurement experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment
• Good working knowledge of Procurement systems, ideally SAP and/or Ariba

My client is open to considering applications from graduates with an interest in procurement and systems, or candidates with hands-on procurement experience who can evidence a process driven mindset and strong systems skills.
