Role Profile
Our client is a leading business in their field that are looking to employ a Regional Compliance Manager. The role is based in Kent and will be covering a regional remit covering parts of the East London and Essex. This is a highly fast-paced position and the successful candidate will have a tenacious work ethic and personality. A person who has the ability to challenge authority is sort.
Responsibilities
- Drive and ownership for continuous improvements on ETA, ensuring that KPI's are achieved and that poor performing, or non-compliant couriers are dealt with effectively, which will include one to one discussion with couriers and issuing service improvements and initiatives as applicable.
- Analyse report to identify compliance failure points and work with compliance managers and Field team to ensure that repeat offenders are identified managed in an effective manner.
- Solving issues, dealing with couriers and identifying consistent patterns and measures to improve.
- Responsible for production of Daily/Weekly MI analysis:
- Identify non-compliance couriers
- Target improvements
- Issue improvement notices
- Remove repeat offending couriers
- Manage regional action plans
- Working with the Compliance/Field managers, lead the formulation of action plans for continual improvements that will improve poor service and compliance as well as identifying and closing performance gaps within the courier network.
- Responsible for the total regional improvements in compliance management through relationships and working with key stakeholders for continuous improvement with sub depot controllers, loss prevention ream and the depot teams to create a team ethic and focus on all compliance issues for the region.
- Support the regional manager where required in addition to covering for RM on holidays/ days off and during busy periods.
- Supporting weekend coverage on a rota basis as agreed with the RM.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Proven ability to be productive in current role, Self-motivated with ability and drive to get things done.
- Previous people-management experience with a particular emphasis on support, coaching and motivation.
- Experienced in data analysis and the ability to understand the issues and actions that drive the data.
- Problem solving and planning effective contingencies and solutions.
- Professional appearance articulates and able to communicate confidently at all levels.
- Competent negotiation skills
- Good understanding of Excel, Word and Powerpoint with ability to create spreadsheet and pivot tables to analyse data.
- Ability to create informative presentations which communicate information visually.
- Current UK driving licence.
- Multitasking and adaptable approach.
- Proven relationship management and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Exceptional Customer service experience.
- Coaching and supportive style which gets the best out of others.
