Playing a vitally important role linking a high-performing operation with commercial performance through effective cross-functional collaboration, this position is an opportunity for someone to join an established business at an exciting time and make a real impact.

If you have experience of impacting operational performance and demonstrable experience of both managing change and impacting P&L and are looking for a role where you can join an established team whilst driving sales and operational performance, this is an exceptional opportunity and not to be missed.

What will you be doing?

• Lead and optimise distribution operations, ensuring consistent service delivery in fast-paced, time-critical environments.
• Drive commercial performance across sales, operations, and supply chain, aligning teams to improve margin, revenue growth, and customer outcomes.
• Own full P&L responsibility for this site, translating strategy into operational and commercial results.
• Scale and professionalise growing operations, implementing structure, performance management, and operational discipline.
• Own stock control and inventory strategy, using data and analysis to optimise availability, reduce working capital, and improve cash flow.
• Deliver sustainable profitability and service excellence, leveraging operational capability to enhance customer satisfaction and financial returns.
• Drive sales performance through solutions based sales techniques, coaching, and mentoring the sales team, leading customer interactions where required.

• Commercial astuteness and influence, able to develop relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to build revenue and margin.
• A drive for operational excellence with the ability to manage internal and customer-based SLA's
