Role Profile
Our client, who are a well-established and growing business are looking to recruit a Logistics Business Analyst to be based out of the Distribution Centre in Lancashire. Reporting to the Logistics IT Business Partner, this role will be an essential part of the supply chain so will require you to work in the office. You will be working Monday to Friday, usual office hours and a flexible approach will be required

Key Responsibilities

Leading a team of Business Analysts to help support with:

• Documentation of business requirements and updating when required
• Leading design workshops for any cross functional and warehouse internal business processes.
• Solution design for Warehouse Management System, non-Warehouse systems and Control Tower
• Support change through business processes, projects, software design and development and testing
• Advise on change deployment implementation
• Trouble shoot to test plan and scenario development/execution where required
• Assist where needed for Logistics IT Business Partner

Skills and Experience

• Experience working cross functionally over multiple systems
• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Excellent communicator - written and verbal
• Ability to present data and information in a persuasive way
• Enthusiastic approach to work and self motivated
• Able to communicate between all levels of the business, from shop floor to senior management
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems is essential
• Experience working within Warehousing, Distribution or retail also essential
• Previous experience managing a team of Business Analysts
• Proven Project Management skills (PRINCE 2, Agile or equivalent)

Remuneration
£55,000 + Benefits
