Role Profile
Cast UK are currently supporting one of our prestigious clients with the recruitment process of a Shift Manager for their fast paced operation based in Cheshire. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee a team within a large scale operation and be responsible for the day to day management of the team.
Skills & Experience
- Proven knowledge of Health & Safety requirements within a distribution centre
- Ability to coach and develop large teams of individuals
- Experience of managing and successfully working towards KPIs
- Exceptional communication skills are essential
- Managerial experience within large scale distribution is essential
- Ability to drive performance and influence positive change
