Role Overview
Cast UK are currently supporting a well-established Manufacturing business in their recruitment of a Warehouse Admin to be based at their site in Acton. Reporting into the Managing Director, you will work closely alongside the production team and be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the end-to-end warehouse function. You will typically work Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4:00pm with flexibility required to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- General office administration such as dealing with incoming mail, ordering office supplies, sending outgoing mail
- Liaising with contractors
- Managing a warehouse and office to Health and Safety standards
- General HR Administration - holiday requests etc
- Basic Accounting, Reporting and Banking
- Stock control including stock counts and re-stocking van sales
- Payment of expenses
- Liaising with Transport companies to arrange stock movement to the warehouse and eventually to the final customer
- Answering phone calls and dealing with customer queries
- Employee Onboarding
- Any other ad-hoc administration
Skills & Experience
- This role would suit someone with good organizational skills.
- You will cover a broad range of areas, so you need to be flexible and adaptable
