Night Shift Warehouse Manager - Chilled Environment
Location: Leeds
Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 Benefits
Shifts: Sunday to Thursday, 22:15 - 07:15

Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager or Supervisor with a proven track record of running night shift operations within chilled or frozen food?

We're working with a well-established and growing business that continues to expand year on year. They are now looking for a hands-on and motivated Night Shift Warehouse Manager to lead their busy operation.

What you'll be doing:

• Oversee all night shift warehouse activities including inbound/outbound, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Lead, manage and motivate a team of at least 5 colleagues to achieve KPIs and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and food safety standards at all times.
• Monitor stock levels, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure smooth flow of goods through the operation.
• Uphold high standards of housekeeping, security and efficiency during night operations.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years' experience managing a team in a warehouse environment (chilled/frozen food essential).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and hold people accountable.
• Solid understanding of warehouse processes and compliance.
• IT literate, ideally with experience using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Resilient, decisive, and confident making operational decisions under pressure.
