We are working with a well-established and growing business who are looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of warehouse operations and contribute to the ongoing growth and efficiency of the business.

The role is initially a 6 month contract and so you will ideally be readily available to start a new role.

The Role

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including goods in/out, picking, packing, and distribution.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and to the required quality standards.
• Maintain accurate stock records
• Keep the warehouse organised, safe, and compliant with Health & Safety regulations.
• Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff, building a motivated and high-performing team.
• Review, adapt and implement new warehouse processes to drive efficiency.
• Maintain effective communication with production and office teams to ensure smooth operational flow.

What You'll Need

• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Background in managing 3PL warehouse operations is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and work under pressure.
• Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
