Role Profile
An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing logistics business. Cast UK's client are looking for an experienced individual who has a proven track-record of managing teams within a fast-paced, busy warehouse environment. This is an exciting & rewarding role which will be based at their North London site.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensuring site adherence to company policy and applicable legislation with regard to all aspects of the operation including health and safety
- Promoting a positive work culture
- People management- overseeing a team, ensuring engagement and strong focus on development/up skilling existing staff
- Reduce variable cost per unit to help the business grow
- Manage operations in line with budget and overall business expectations
Skills & Experience
- Experience of running fast paced warehouse operation within the food sector
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Health & Safety - Ensuring that this is practiced each and every day
- Ability to translate complex data into operational actions
