Role Profile
Cast UK is supporting one of our growing clients with their recruitment process of an Continuous Improvement Manager position based at their fast-paced operation in Wellingborough. This will be a role that puts a stamp on a business as they hit an important stage of growth within their business. The role will support the business in making key decisions to shape the business within their distribution operations, with analysis, projects & implementations.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in contract logistics would be advantageous
- Previous planning and implementations of new processes and procedures
- Previous experience of implementing new business into a logistics model
- Experience in working with solution design
- Demonstrable background in continuous improvement
- Experience in managing projects from idea mapping through to finish
- Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills
