Customer Service Manager
Role Profile:
Cast UK are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager for a leading Pharmaceutical Company who are at the forefront of their market. Reporting into the Head of Supply Chain the ideal candidate will be operating at a Senior Management level and would ideally come from a Pharmaceutical or Biotech background.
Skills & Experience:

  • It is essential that applicants have:
  • A minimum of 3 years Customer Service Experience
  • Previous experience of building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Experience in upselling
  • Experience using business ordering or tracking systems, such as SAP, and the ability to run reports
  • Experience handling complaints
  • Comfortable working to timescales and under pressure
  • A 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in call management coaching skills
  • Full knowledge of data protection and confidentiality issues
  • Experience with B2B Sales
