Role Profile
Cast UK are thrilled to be working with a market leading retail business based in Wakefield to help recruit a B2B customer supply chain analyst. Business Development and Partnerships is going to be a huge area of growth for this already successful retailer therefore this is a newly created position within a new team, put in place to drive this area forward. In your new role, you will be responsible for the order processing of all business development projects, analysing data and ensuring all partnerships have the optimum level of availability. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly analytical individual with experience in a similar role working either for a retailer or supplier into retail, to put their mark on a newly created position and grow with an ambitious business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise set up and auto replenishment orders for all partners
  • Ensure orders are processed correctly
  • Working alongside inventory management analyst to ensure stock levels to support replenishment
  • Ensure excellent relationships with key stakeholders within the Business Development Team and wider business
  • Establish relationships with 3rd party stakeholders
  • Respond to queries and deal with inaccuracies in a timely and professional manner

Experience, Skills & Personal Attributes

  • Experience in a stock or supply chain role working either for a retailer, or a supplier into retail
  • Highly analytical and enjoys working with data
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Able to forge strong working relationships
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Adaptable, able to cope working in an unstructured, changing environment
  • Team player, happy to roll sleeves up and muck in
  • Positive attitude
