Role Profile
Our client is a rapidly growing Retailer who is looking to hire a European Sales General Manager to be based within their growing operation in Cheshire. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will take responsibility in developing an effective sales strategy to achieve Business Plan objectives and ensure business grows whilst maintaining the profit margin, across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Work with all sales team to negotiate prices whilst maintaining margins
- Drive the Sales function forward, ensuring the wider Sales Team are engaged and are consistently being developed
- Develop the EU network for the wider business
- Attend monthly senior management meetings.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience of working within a Hyper Growth business would be advantageous
- Experience of growing a European business is essential
- Ability to work under pressure
- Report to key stakeholders within the business
- FMCG/Retail experience would be advantageous
