Role Profile

Our client is a fast-paced, high-volume logistics business, and are looking to recruit a Head of Expansion for their Business in London. This is a business going from strength to strength and are rapidly expanding, this role will be responsible for finding new ways to grow our operations in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute an expansion strategy based on profit evaluation
  • Complete accurate forecasting and risk assessment of new growth
  • Build and maintain close relationships with landlords for new store openings
  • Manage and support all phases of the franchise development process
  • Provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance

Key Skills

  • Significant experience working in expansion or business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Numerical and analytical skills with great attention to detail
  • Superb organisation skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility in how you support the team
