Role Profile
Our client is a fast-paced, high-volume logistics business, and are looking to recruit a Head of Expansion for their Business in London. This is a business going from strength to strength and are rapidly expanding, this role will be responsible for finding new ways to grow our operations in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute an expansion strategy based on profit evaluation
- Complete accurate forecasting and risk assessment of new growth
- Build and maintain close relationships with landlords for new store openings
- Manage and support all phases of the franchise development process
- Provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance
Key Skills
- Significant experience working in expansion or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Numerical and analytical skills with great attention to detail
- Superb organisation skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in how you support the team
