Role Profile
Cast UK are recruiting an Interim Customer Services Advisor position for Sporting Goods business in West Yorkshire who are of the fastest growing businesses in the UK. The candidate will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and must possess experience within a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via Edesk (emails)
- Raise replacement and spare part orders on the company's supply chain software (Linnworks)
- Handle product/delivery enquiries to the point of resolution
- Handle warranty complaints/troubleshooting/returns requests
- Be the point of contact for customer returns via Support Sync
Required Skills & Experience
- Good customer service experience
- Team player
- IT literacy
- Experience of working in fast paced environments
- Good communication skills
- Flexible, self-motivated and enthusiastic
Desirable;
- Experience of working with the EDesk and Linnworks software packages
- Multi-lingual - English, Italian, Spanish, French, German
